Thanks. It has been a slow process, but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I only have less than 150.00 in the bumper total. I picked up the steel tube from scrap bins at some steel supply places I do service for. Same with the Stainless plate. I built my own tubing bender and dimple dies as well. The only thing I outsourced was the Powder coating, stainless hardware, and light mounting tabs. If you have access to a tube bender, you should be able to do one for ~300.00 I can not say enough good things about the bendtech software, I would not have been able to do what I did design wise without it.
