tried to call for an adapter at ott industries and got a full voice mail and a return on my e-mail sent. are they still in buisness or do they have another phone #. looking for a toy 21 spline tcase to a sm 420 trans adapter.

not sure if your bigger boggers will kill off your MPG's, and your thinking of changing the gear set in the diffs. Try this formula: new tire size divided by the old tire size multiplied by the original gear ratio equaling the new gears you need.
Example: 38"/29" x 4.10= 5.37.
For the not so math savvy 38 new tire size divided by 29 the old tire size then multiply the 4.10 gears you now have equaling 5.37 the new gear you will need to keep things close ( formulas and approximations given are from Off-Road Adventures October 2008 Issue).

As we can see, the new bumper is much beefier and I now have about 7 more inches of ground clearance at the corners. At the right, we see the bumper after taking a few hits, it�s very strong and sturdy. I also threw in the jerry 5 gallon gas can in the back. I will purchase my spare shortly.

A round tube bumper came with the truck, but it didn�t match my new rear bumper. So I put my brain to work and came up with this rock bumper made of 1/8 inch thick plate. I have modified it since this picture, I added two tow hooks and a hitch hole as well to manouver the boat trailer easily when going fishing. Here are before and after pictures.
