the front required building new mounts for the springs. we just outboarded them from the factory mounts to match the width of the 60. the rear was done with YJ plates at the hanger and the spring perches were moved on the axle tube to match the width of the sammi. the springs are stock YJ springs. the brakes left something to be desired and if I had it to do over, I'd put a one ton chevy master cylinder in and rerun all the brake lines for a standard thread. I put Toyota drive flanges on instead of yokes and redrilled the flanges on the tcase for the toyota pattern. we used toyota driveshafts to button it all up.

I was wondering if you send me some info on your sami with the full width dana 60's under it. I'm about to put a set under mine and would like some info on what all would need to be done ect. Thanks for any help, by the way your sami look's awesome I hope mine look's half as good as your's.
