    The two pics I posted are not mine, no idea of the settings, I just wanted to use them as an example of a great looking weld that had some leeway for discussion on perfection. Sorry I don't have any details for ya. I'd love to have an XMT304 in my shop, I'm stuck with an old school dialarcHF at work and a lil MIG at home. Tig alot with the dialarc, but have none of the hightech balance controls to play with. Digital readout? Only on my watch.

    hey man about them pics you posted. whats your machine set up? the mig looks like .35 hard wire with c25 gas? is that pulse arc? and what your tig set up? i sit behind a miller xmt 304 pushing .52 core six all day at 30 amps so these are outta my box. thanks
