It has been awhile since I checked in. Well I have started on the billet IFS. I haven't started a thread yet. Kind of chicken I guess as it will take a lot of effort to keep up. I didn't get you e-mail or just wait. I am starting the uprights after a few updates on the drawings. Started with 140 lbs each block and now have them down to about 50 lbs each. 80 hours into it because of issues with my mill not wanting to make the big cuts. The block is 7" thick so there is a LOT of metal. We have learned a ton about the IFS over the last couple years and changed geometry many times which have shown good results. But how anal do you have to be . Lorens IFS car has some of the geometry issues that you saw on yours but is still winning. So how much of this stuff is really necessary. Get yours out of the barn. Always a hit! I will be attending Expo and SEMA before KOH. Always fun to talk tech with those that have been there! Cheers.

    Sorry ben
I just noticed there is another tab in my pirate email. I totally passed over this. If i can be any help let md know. I believe your team is building one hell of a car. Ifs assembly on her is the best so far. And of course i love how you are keeping the fuel weight in the center of the car. Hope to run into you and the team at the hammers next month. I need to meet adam too and thank him in person for starting my car.

Ill have all my doctoring crap at the race if you or the team need sewing up or any other help. Im rootining for ya

Hi. I think we have been looking at the same IFS suspensions. I am starting to work on my own and on the IFS team for Jason Scherer. Are you going to The Expo this weekend? I would like tomeet up with you for awhile and ask some questions and notes about what we are seeing. Thanks.
