Hi just wanted you to know you are 90% right on 38026.5. Combined use from the chalet to the kiosk
(1)cannot operate during the hours of darkness. (one half hour after sunset to one half hour before sunrise ... wait I don't know anybody that get's up that early)

(4) driver's license of the appropriate class for the vehicle operation in possession.
