When are the Sierra Trek meetings I don't see them in the Fordyce section?

Hi just wanted you to know you are 90% right on 38026.5. Combined use from the chalet to the kiosk
(1)cannot operate during the hours of darkness. (one half hour after sunset to one half hour before sunrise ... wait I don't know anybody that get's up that early)
(2) operational stoplight.
(3) rubber tires.
(4) driver's license of the appropriate class for the vehicle operation in possession.
(5) Insuarance - Operate any vehicle on the highway without complying with the provisions of Article 2 (commencing with Section 16020) of Chapter 1 of Division 7.
