Well, don't tell anyone; but I used the Ford disc, and spun it on a brake lathe, while I used a grinder to knock the OD down. Don't breathe the dust!

Dave what clutch disc did you use for your 435 swap? What pressure plate did you use?

Hey what up. I'm not interested in trying to rip anybody off so let's not worry about that but I could always use some extra cash. I guess maybe I should pull the adapter off and get some pics of the input for you so you can see if it looks like it's what you need first. How's that sound or are you sure this thing is a go for you?

I have heard similar things about locking the front. I have an extra steering box that leaks real bad I was going to take apart and send the top cap to EMS and start accumulating the Hydro assist stuff. I think I will leave the front alone for now and maybe spool the rear.

Ever spooled, mini-spooled, or welded a D44 front with manual hubs? I'm looking at my options for traction and funding is a big influence. I'm trying to figure out if I'll be able to turn it on the street with the hubs unlocked. What do you think? Got nothing on the forum so far. I know I'll have a little degraded turning radius locked in 4, but I also heard it's not as bad if you phase the axles... and what the hell is front dig?
