hi. i have read most of your threads and i really love them. if you dont mind entertaining a dreamer could you answer a few questions. i happened to run into my first samurai a few weeks ago was a blast to screw around in and since then i have been on the hunt. i have found a stock 1988 tin top for 2300$ under 100,000 miles no rust. is that a good price? when i go look at it what should i look for bad good? honestly i dont know much about gearing but other then that i car rebuild a car. how low can a sami be geared and still be able to drive around on the highway? he wants 2300 i can probably get it for 2 grand and then i have 2k left to start to build it. what would you do first? id like 31's possibly 33's id love to off road it every day and crawl but am relatively new to it. i grew up sand all the way not really off road but would love to convert.

    thank you
    John

Hey I have an 87 Zuk. SPOA stock springs, I wanted to get the most flex so I was thinking about your build with the yj's but I want mine SPOA. Should I consider sj rears up front as well as the back or should i just go with yj's? Id probly get more flex with the yj's correct?

If I do end up goin with the yj leafs SPOA should i go with the +2" instead of the +2.5? I dont want to be too tall, and would the same leafs work up front too?
