Hey there, I read your post ( http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/toyota-tacoma/1062192-2006-tacoma-air-bag-light.html ) re the airbag issue on Tacoma's and wanted to ask you a question if you don't mind.
I have a 2005 Tacoma & the SRS airbag light came on at about 60,000 mi. Although not part of the Clock Spring recall (I have steering wheel radio controls), I replaced the Clock Spring and it didn't fix my issue. I figured out how to pull the codes and I get three (14, 32, & 43). These are not very informative and thought I would try what you suggested in your post: clean the connectors on the front crash sensors.
However, I am too dense to figure out how to pull the connector plugs off of the sensors (as you know, it is a tight space). Is there any advice you can provide as to how to remove the connectors?
Thanks in advance!
