Thats about the best pic I have... Its really easy to make, if your planning on putting a winch in it, make the winch mount out of at least 3/8". I made mine out of 1/2" because it was a warn 16.5. also make the winch mount part of the brackets to mount it to the frame, once thats done, I made the actuall bumper out of 3/16" an welded it to the winch mount. It doesnt turn out heavy, actually pretty light. hope this helps

Do you have anymore pics of the build on the 06 Dodge front Bumper? That bumper is nice, if I can get enough info I may try to do the same thing.
