Dude I think you need to change your master cylinder to 1 1/4 master cytlinder ,I replace my master because I have the same problem , all my brake line is toyota and it stop very well, I got mine from ebay here's what it look like..

That sounds right. Also don't forget to include the air/hydraulic interface valve if you have one. I think I found the bleed order in the factory service manual which I have managed to misplace. If you hunt around online you can probably find a copy of it; It is very handy.
