Red NEck RAm Special
As I said in the Redneck contest I am selling the RedNeck Ram Hydro assist kits for 399.00 to all star owners on PBB for the month of July.
Just thought i'd post it here so that all would know.

Thanks AZford.
It includes everything that is needed to do hydro assist, plus a complete rebuild on your box along with all the porting that is needed to it.

Normally 2-4 days. Depending on how busy we are that day and what time the shipment comes in it could be a little as 1 day. or if you need a lot of custom parts it could be a week. but normally it averages from 2-4 days.
Alot of people that are in time crunches or need there vehicles will get a core box from a scrap yard or pick-n-pull and send us that since we do a full rebuild anyway.

Matt, BTT for ya buddy. Also, what is the best way to mount the ram? Would a single piston ram be OK with your system to ease installation?
Lastly, I know the J20 box is better, but if I sent you my stock YJ box to rebuild how much different would that be than the J20 box? Thanks.

Thanks,
The single ended ram is what i normally include with my kits. The J20 box is what i recommend for people that are NOT going hydro assist. It is a large bore box that will give you more power over the stock box. But if you want to go hydro assist then the stock box in my opinion works better. That is unless it is a TJ box and then i would recommend going with a S-10 box from one older than 95. They have the oldeer style lower seal and is much better for what we use them for.

Thanks, Matt. I currently have an '87 YJ I am building that has the stock PS box, but I also have an '95 XJ that I am parting out. Is one of those boxes better than the other or are they the same. Also, I saved the PS pump and brackets from the 258--should I swap the older pump to the 4.0 that I will be swapping in?
I will be turning 38X12.50 Swampers mostly in mud, but also in places like Paragon and Tellico. Would I be OK with a stock box rebuild and no hydro assist? Also, I have heard that hydro assist takes some of the "road feel" away, is there a way to "bypass" the hydro cylinder for on-road driving? Thanks again.

Sorry i haven't answered you guys in a few day. It seems a few of you were waiting on this special and i've been a busy boy for the past few days. Not that i'm complaining
Yes we can do a deal for you guys on the other parts. We are always willing to sell just the pieces. I always hated vendors that made you buy just their stuff so i would never do that. Esspecially to the people on thois board. Thanks again for all the business.

Thanks Chris
