Cool Fire extinguishers with bracket and charged

charged, bracket that hose clamps to cage and silver flames to boot... makes for a clean saftey item

Can charged fire extinguishers be shipped via air mail? Being in Alaska, Fedex or UPS only ships via 2nd day or higher. Could you ship USPS?
