yes they Are stonger and have dual steering stops for less tie rod deflection" flex " causing U-joint failure they are sweet

Yes they are Designed for the Drag link to connect to the Tie rod
we carry all 1 ton tie rod ends and parts

and we carry High Steer arms seperate and studs and cone washers in stock

for high steer Arms with 10* correction and GM parts
9/16 studs and cone washers and GM nuts
for a Factory like Installation

and supply ends if needed we carry them in stock

Yes you would have to change to chevy spindle and caliper support and caliper
