New weld-on laser-cut tabs-n-brackets

First, the one I'm most excited about... an orbital valve mounting bracket. Fits standard orbital valve column pattern, has two bolt holes for whatever, and a radius that's an exact fit on 1.75" tube (but can easily be welded to anything from 1.5-2").

Next, teardrop tabs to make clevis ends for your heims, to go on either end of your double-ended ram. These were designed around 3/4" holes for heims, with enough meat to go to 7/8", but the hole was downsized to 5/8" for guys with high-angle heims or whatever.

Check out http://www.rockstomper.com/catalog/pieces/tabs.htm for more info, prices, etc.

Can you make those tear drops with a pointed small end instead of rounded?
I could use them for my lower links that mount on the bottom of my frame. The pointed end would slide over obstacles better.

Also could you make brackets like your axle tab #237A but without the radius and about 5" tall.

I guess it might be easier to draw up what I need and send it to you?

Thanks

We can have almost anything made, but small quantities = high prices. The only reason we're able to offer the ones we do, at the prices we do, is that we're banging out batches of 50+ at a time.

On the teardrop tabs as link mounts, if I were going to use them as a link mount tab, I'd put a bottom plate on them anyway, which would then provide a ramp for you to slide on, and negate the point issue entirely.

Can I send you a dimensional drawing of what I need?
I also need the Orbital bracket and maybe a couple others.
We can start with the custom bracket prices and go from there?
Thanks

Already got and answered your email... I don't even think the prices I quoted you are reasonable, but they're what I'm stuck with. Like I said, 50+ of something, and it's a lot more realistic, but one-offs, there's more money in setup than there is in parts.
