The cases arrived today and the whole kits are available now.

What you get:

-Brand new 20 CF bottle w/valve.
-450 CF regulator (the higher flow is for the air shocks that require more pressure than the normal 7/8" shaft shocks)
-High pressure hose (not a standard air hose rated at 220lbs.)
-N2 fill adapter that lets you dial in the exact pressure in the shock. Typically, you will lose 20-40 lbs. of pressure when just using a standard style air chuck.
-0 to 35 cc syringe for accuratly adjusting the shock oil level in air shocks.
-Last but not least, the heavey duty extruded blow molded heavey duty carrying case with metal/locking latches. As you can see the case has a die cut foam insert specifically made to fit the items in the kit.

PRICING: $379.99 + Freight.

One more thing, it only weighs 26 lbs. and the bottle comes empty because of pressureized container shipping regulations.

Hey PIG,

What does this thing look like and how does it work? Is that the piece in the lower left of the box? Does it screw onto the schrader valve and then you open up the N2 valve to set the pressure and then turn a knob on the fill adapter to close the schrader vavle? Just curious how it keeps from loosing the 20-40 lbs. like a normal air chuck would.

I need to get my coilovers pressurized. Any idea on how much you can save by doing your own verses having to pay someone to pressureize it?

Interested in this setup. Where do you fill these in our area? Was thinking A&R but not sure if they carry nitrogen.

Well, most motorcycle shop will charge about 5-10 bucks a shock for a rechage, in my expierence. I just filled a bottle the other day and it cost 7 bucks. The 20 cf bottle I am using now was filled about 3 months ago and still has about 2000 lbs of N2 and I use it alot.
