NEW 8" Toy Housing, ready for orders!

Most of you Toy guys already know about these housings. Well, we are ready to take orders on them. These are CUSTOM built to your specs, whatever you want (well almost) We are doing a special on the through December for $1000 with custom inners. After that they will be priced at $1200. There are lots of variables to consider, so call or email us so we can answer questions, and make sure we build the housing you want.

Lots of information on the website, but briefly:
3.5" OD .375 Wall DOM tubes
1/2" 3rd mounting flange
1/4" formed cover
Any caster, pinion angle, width, diff offset, we can do.

PM is not agreeing lately, so here it is for all to see:

"Brian,
Just a few questions on the package deal.
What are the inners included in the package made of? Are they stock material/strength, or something of a higher quality (chromo) or process (heat treat)?
Also is it possible to get the package without a set of inners? Just a description of the size needed for my particular app. I am planning something like 300m shafts probably so if I could cut down on the price with something I wouldn't need that'd be great."

The inners are custom made as needed from a hardened high grade alloy. What this means is you have the only set, and they are almost up to 4340 strength less some cost and lead time. Fast delivery, and MOST people wont have any issues with strength. We can certainly send you shafts made from hardened 4340, or we can have them made from 300m for you. Price wise, 4340's would add roughly 100-150, and a week or 2. 300M would add about 200-350, and about 4 weeks. Also, we could provide you some dimensions for the shafts needed, upon delivery of the housing. I would prefer to simply source the shafts for you, so we can be sure they will work perfectly.

REars are not available quite yet. Probably mid January we'll be releasing a number of different rear axle setups (ends, centers).

As for 8 lug? Well, as its just a housing, you can certainly do what you want to make the outers 8 lug. Or are you looking for 60 parts?

cool, I'll be watching for the rears to be released...

as for 8-lug, kinda goes along if you were already making the rears and was wondering if you were including shafts and if so if they could be done in 8-lug...thanks for the reply...

On your web site it states that the axle is all new. Does that include the inner knuckle balls? Just curious. Man I'd love to get one of these. Just a little too expensive.

They are mild steel, so they are easy for folks to add shock mounts, spring perches, link mounts etc too.
