This doesn't sound right. The clearance seats are the exact same size as the Mastercraft Rubicon's, which are the exact size as the Beard in the same style.
I've sold 980 seats in the last 15 months and this is the first that I've heard any of these concerns. Wrong seats? Maybe, but EMPI doesn't make a youth seat. Send me pics and dimensions of the seats according the diagrams on the following page: LINK Email to seats@JeepSWAG.com Quote:

I measured mine and they are in spec according to the link.
On another note though, I was only shipped one hardware kit but no biggie

JeepSWAG,
If you are planning to attach these seats to a cage and the cage will accept your universal sliders, do I need just (1) set of part #62-2640 to work with the (2) seats? Also, more people should take advantage of this great deal, so I am bringing it back to the forefront. Thanks, Charles |

Hey Guys. I don't know why, but instead of posting questions about seats here, I've been getting PM's. Please post questions here and help keep this thread at the top.
I still have a few Gray High Backs and Gray HeadRest seats in stock. And I still have a bunch of Tan. Post up and I'll PM the link to you. ![]() |

What seats do you still have available if any?

I have a bunch of Tan High Backs, Headrest and Low Backs.
I have a bunch of Grey Low Backs. I have a few Grey high backs and head rest seats. Black is all sold out in the clearance seats. Wide seats are not a clearance item and will remain in stock. |

Which seat has the highest shoulder strap locations? Highback or head rest, I'm about 6'2" 240 and don't want the harness to dip behind my back if possible.

I'm 6'2" about 220lbs with an average build. If I order a set of seats they will be going into a TJ. What would you recommend as far as a good fit? I noticed your wide seats say that they are not a direct bolt in for a Jeep.

Great question. This is always a judgement call, but my best answer is: If you've got large legs you may not fit well in the standard suspension seat and I'd recommend trying a standard suspension seat for fit before you buy. At 6'2" and 220 you'll generally be fine in the standard seats. Worst case, you put the seats on Craigslist, sell them for more than you paid, then buy the wides...

I only have Tan bench seats in 48" and 51". The 42" is only available in Gray or Black. I would guess that you need a 36" for your rig and I don't have a 36. I sell matching cloth if you have a 36" that needs to be re-covered.

PM sent
The cloth is 1.4 meters wide and sold by the meter in length. Price for either Vinyl or Cloth is $12 per yard, plus shipping. I don't know how much it would take, but your upholstery guy should be able to tell you. If you get an estimate and it's for the standard Jeep seat, please post it up. Brett |
