What would you recommend for a Warn M8000? I think I would prefer 3/8" but I'm not sure what would fit on the drum.

I like to use 3/8 x 85 for that winch, you can use 5/16ths x 100 but then the rope is only 4000 lbs greater in strength then the winch.
