New product! TrailZorb Absorbents
![]() Here is the official Introduction of TrailZorb. “Cleaning the environment with the environment” The TrailZorb Off-Road Spill Recovery System TrailZorb is a revolutionary product made in The USA from 100% naturally occurring and renewable resources. It is a 100% Natural Environmentally Responsible Absorbent. TrailZorb is fully biodegradable and Non-Toxic before and after activation. It is easy to use with fast absorption. TrailZorb can be stowed conveniently in any vehicle and ready for use in minutes. TrailZorb quickly encapsulates most liquids and physically bonds with it through capillary movement making it an exceptional absorbent. TrailZorb will successfully remove 99% of oil from contaminated soil and sands as fast as two minutes! In a matter of hours the oil will start to break down into its base elements and be fully remediated in as little as 72 hours. TrailZorb is easy to use. Rehydrate the product 1:1 with water and the product will expand up to 3X in volume which makes it easy to clean up large spills with a small amount of product. One nine pound bag of TrailZorb can absorb and remediate up to three gallons of conventional oil as well as synthetics. We are currently undergoing trials to determine TrailZorb’s ability to be left on site and naturally biodegrade. Once it is approved by the appropriate federal agencies it will be even easier to keep our environment protected! The official release of TrailZorb to the public is coming soon. We are introducing the product initially for full size vehicles but are working on solutions for Motorcycles and ATV’s all the way up to full on Pit Crew, Race support, and Garage/Shop systems. The possibilities for this product are endless! Saving public lands for future generations is an important part of our beliefs here at TrailZorb. Why not start now with simple, easy to use remedies to save the trails and environment we are currently fighting to protect?

thick bag, with someosort of built in pour spot, so you don't have to rip the top off would be awesome.

I was thinking of something like a tool bag and when you use up the product you could get a refill kit or buy in bulk... the initial investment would be a few more $ but it would be a nice bag with an embroidered logo or something like that...

I hope we can be officially offering kits by the 1st week of May. packaging is lined up and I am currently working on a reasonably priced shipping method so we can keep consumers costs down.
We are still looking for suggestions on how to package the product. Will post up pics of my current solution as soon as it arrives.

since your up for suggestions. i bring this from a samurai background. storage space is a premium. it would be cool to have a "backpack" style, that could hang from the back of a seat. even be MOLLE compatible. just a thought.

Well, TrailZorb will be moving it's HQ to Wittman, Arizona at the end of this month! We are excited to be located in such an area with all the OHV activities available. Start looking for us at some events as we are working on some vendor spaces for the summer. We will also be working on getting the assembly line together to start shipping TrailZorb Off-Road Spill Recovery kits on a national level.
We have our kit pricing in order and it will be launched on the website soon. In addition to the trail kits we will be offering a garage/shop version of our kit for home use. Thanks for all your support! Looking forward to the move and getting TZ up and running!
