I am in the same boat, I just bought a 2000 Montero as well. There are several options available when it comes to brush guards but I prefer the ARB front bumper. As for the locker you can get a locker from a 95-99 Montero or you can go with an ARB locker. Any Montero locker from a junkyard she be just fine, but be certain the get the associated harness, switch, etc.

You want extra bash ability, an increased approach angle to go smashy smash with? I'd go full custom, ARB's are expensive, cool and high quality but very expensive.
