hi my name is jd and im a zuki-holic oh wait wrong meeting

ive got an 87 montero swb with the 2.6 and an automatic. im looking for a flexplate so i can wheel this beast again. having some trouble finding parts. does anyone have a part number or know of a reliable place to get parts for these trucks? any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance -jd

Dude, it's been the same day. Your choices are the dealer or a good transmission shop. The OTC parts stores will not have this. Second, check your local wrecking yards.

Be patient, too.

sorry about being impatient. i have checked the local yards monteros are pretty rare around here the older ones anyway. i am hoping to maybe find someone doing a motor swap or a part out. thanks again -jd

again sorry about being impatient this truck has been down almost a year now.

thank you plh i had not been to that site before. they had it in stock and the right one i grilled them to make sure. the last one i ordered from a pick and pull sent me a flywheel for a manual. thank you again -jd
