NP231c behind 89 5 speed?
I know, I know, its not as "strong" as the mitsu case, but I have one and the gears are taller (2.72:1 vs 1.92:1 mitsu). My question is, can a np231c (chevy) bolt up to a stock mitsu 5 speed? I think I might have heard of this being done, just seeing if anyone can confirm.
![]() Thanks I want to do this for the low range and I have a np231c with sye on it so... |

no, it will for a v6 auto(and *i think* the 4cyl auto)
"4d55 performance inc" runs a km132 5speed from a 2wd diesel (for the hydro clutch, gassers have cable clutch) divorced to an atlas
