can i have a snorkle AND a turbo system and not mess with the performance of either?

it's a sealed housing, the compressor housing is air tight to contain the boost, the center section is sealed to keep the oil and water contained and the exhaust side is under constant pressure but has gaskets and clamps to ensure it doesnt have exhaust leaks...

where do you think the water would go if its submerged in water? just FYI, if you're asking these questions, you probably shouldnt be screwing around with a turbo system.
