Starion lsd in stock 4cyl housing?

I was told I have to run a V6 front housing to use my 87 Starion LSD.
Has anyone here tried to put into the 4 Banger housing? Is it to wide?gears wont fit? I Just wanna soild answer before I make the big plunge in this front end. Also if I do need the V6 diff do you use the gears from the V6 or 4CYL?

Thanks

Jason

No your going from a 7.25 inch ring gear to a housing built for an 8inch...... no chance of that working

Kind of like puttting a tiny penis in a big ol hole..... no one enjoys it...........unless your desperate and she's a whore

I have the 87 LSD in my shop ready to go i the Hole, So I will need the gears as well no problem I think I have one lined up down in La will see. I thought about just doing the lincon locker but I would much rather do the LSD because I have it. Also I have Manual hubs already.
Here is a pic of my LSD
