SAS suspension
i have a 86 montero 2 door 5 speed. loooking to install dana 44 front and rear out of jeep wagoneer(nothing to crazy). willing to extand front bumper for leaf set-up if i need to. what would be the best route to take? this is a junk yard status project lol

Make hangers for the leaves and the shackles. Splice the waggy driveshafts into the raider driveshafts. Mount shocks. Adapt brake lines. Drill out the mitsu pitman arm for waggy tierod end.
You better do some research.

I did one, it's a pretty straight forward swap. there are some pictures on 4x4 wire of Landraiders and Lordtrunks SAS's both are pretty similar budget builds too like you're planning.
