Help! 87 mighty max 4x4

Ok I got my mighty max all lifted with 35s just got it done.
I was having a problem with the 4x4 before I even lifted it. I can engage it inside but it won't turn my front tires. Broke auto hubs? And is there anyway to retro fit locking hubs say from a Toyota straight axle? Or do I just buy the locking hubs?
Thanks!
Here is a pic of the truck

you will need to buy aisin or aftermarket manual hubs.

the toyota manual hubs will not work on a mitsubishi.

Need more info here. Exactly how are you testing the front axle? Is the vehicle off the ground and all four tires up in the air while you do this? The front end of these are open differentials and if one of the front tires is off the ground no power will go the one on the ground. All the pwer will be trasmitted to the tire in the air. If this is what is going on then there is nothing wrong with yours.
If you determine that there is a real problem with a hub just take it apart and see if something is broken inside it. If not then clean it up and put it back together. I had one that someone installed improperly and wouldn't work. I took it apart cleaned it and it worked fine.

It's all snow down here I had it on the snow with it in 4high. Back tires were spinning but nothing in the front. I will take then off and clean them. Is there a improper way to install them? Thanks again!
