NP205 Rear Support, Full Continuous 360* Re-Clockable Universal Mount

Here is our NP205 Rear Support kit. It is clockable in infinite positions, and is the only NP205 support that can easily be re-clocked by turning only one bolt. It is not a weld-in-place, one time system. It replaces the junky cast aluminum rear output bearing retainer on any NP205 that has a fixed rear yoke (Ford, Dodge, Chevy, International) with our new billet 6061 aluminum bearing retainer. The 1/2" steel plate is bored to fit the bearing retainer, and clamps down with a 3/8" bolt when in the desired position. The DOM tube comes welded or unwelded to the plate, no extra charge. Uses poly bushings, and comes with center DOM tube for the included grade 8, 1/2" bolt.
This kit will stay with your transfer case when you put it in your next rig, and make the install a breeze; it is truly universal.

It solves 3 common issues with the NP205 in one kit. Why buy anything else?

1. The NP205 comes in a few different versions; all of which can be 2 - 3 times the weight of the stock transfer case you may be replacing. This puts massive strain on the transmission tailshaft housing, and will cause it to fail.

2. It replaces the junky cast aluminum rear output bearing retainer with our new billet 6061 aluminum bearing retainer. These types of bearing retainers are well known for cracking, leaking, and are not designed to handle the abuse that comes from off roading.

3. Over time, there is groove wore on the seal surface of the yoke that can cause leakage.

Our retainer allows you to install the new seal 1/8" deeper, seating it on a different position on the yoke seal surface that is not worn.

Cost for the kit is $149 shipped to 48 US states. They ship 7 days or less from payment.

We also make billet retainers for the front, for a beefy matching set. I've seen more cracked/busted front retainers than rear. Just add $45.
