We carry full and partial rebuild kits for you 205, weather you just want to freshen things up, or completely rebuild a worn unit, we've got your parts!
Our Seal and gasket kit comes with all the input and output seals, as well as all the paper gaskets needed for a NP205. The kit is $39.00 Then we have the full rebuild kit, which includes all the seals and gaskets, along with all the bearings needed to completly rebuild your NP205. you guys have some nice products for the 205 !! the dodge diesel boys are looking for the early 89- 93 manual transmission to the 205 xcase adapter no longer avaibale might be a big market for them ??? check out the TDR board ??? or pm me for more INFO thanks for makeing this stuff !!

The actual diamter of a small bore bearing is 80mm, the larger bearing is 90mm, the machinist will have to remove 5mm.
90mm works out to 3.543" I would spec from 3.543-3.545, but make sure you have a bearing on hand to test fit has he goes. |
