The 203 range boxes are fairly simple animals, just clean and re-pack the needles in the idler, a new bearing in the input and output, and new seals. I'll PM you a price

We sure do - got em on the shelf - $169 for just the gear, but I recommend going for the Gear, Bearing, and input seal for $204. These are brand new units.

PM'd you too.

The actual diamter of a small bore bearing is 80mm, the larger bearing is 90mm, the machinist will have to remove 5mm.

90mm works out to 3.543" I would spec from 3.543-3.545, but make sure you have a bearing on hand to test fit has he goes.
