looking for a twin stick set up to work with a flip kit in a yj. Will this work, or will I need a different length and bend shifter? If so, can you make them?

Duffy please help
I have a set of your twin sticks on my dana 300. The one shifter is real loose and I cannot get it to tighten no matter how hard I turn the allen screw in. I fear I may have been overzealous about trying to shift that rail when my transfer case was jammed and forced a flat spot onto the shift rail. Do you have any ideas?
Thank you, sean
