What gear ratio transfer case do you recommend for a 91 Jeep with ax-15 tranny running 40" tires and 5.89 gear ratio.

You may be best with the 4-speed transfer case with that application to gain options. If you are looking to just do the regular Atlas II you may be best with a 5.0 or 6.0 if you play in the rocks a bunch.
