Sorry to clog the thread jess but i was wondering what do you mean by the chinese junk? I didnt know they had gotten into the driveline game. By US made do you mean
"spicer" only? Maybe you could mention which manufacturers are importing the chicom stuff.

Thanks for the heads up on the china junk Jess, i got one for ya, i need a 2 piece front for my comp buggy i am finishing up. I am 1350 off of the atlas and then i want a 1410 mid joint and i am 1410 on the pinion. My problem is i dont have alot of room around the d-line due to exhaust, cable shifters, ext. So i need to know what is the smallest dia. tube you could make the 1350-carrier bearing-1410 section of the dline. Thanks.

We can use the bushing reducers to make the tube small where it needs to be - So you call uut the dimensions sizes where they will fit and we will see if it can be done - Jesse

I need a front driveshaft, from the output on the t-case to the pinion its 34.5" long at droop and 28" at compression, the angles at full droop are 30* at the t-case and 25* at the pinion. I'll also need yokes/flanges for the np205 and d60. I'm a little short on cash right now so if you could give me a couple different options I'd appreciate it.
I'll also be needing a two piece rear driveshaft. I don't have the exact measurments yet but it will need to be around 19" from the t-case output to the middle of the carrier bearing and around 48"(at ride height) from there to the pinion. I was thinking 1350 off the t-case to a 1350 cv to a 1350 on the 14bff. I'll be needing yokes/flanges here too.
Thanks for your time and I hope to do business with you if I can manage to scrape up the money.

what can you do on a front 2 piece? 1350 at the t case, 1410 in the middle, 1350 at the axle. about 18 inches from t case to center joint, about 24 inches from the center joint down to the axle joint. it's going on a buggy with a four link and 40 inch tires that weighs about 4000 pounds. also, what is the price difference if i do all 1410 joints? thanks in advance.

Hey Jess, I'm looking for a new front driveshaft.

T-case end is early 80's Toyota t-case
Axle end is Rockwell 2.5 ton
Flange to Flange length is 47"

Running Ford 302 ('89), AOD tranny and dual Toyota t-cases turning 44" Swampers.

I was previously running my self built hybrid from the stock rockwell slip end and the stock Toyota CV joint end at the T-case. Sch 40 pipe inside with 2" x .120 wall DOM on the outside.

I might also need to replace my rear shaft

Toyota flange output to Rockwell 2.5" Axle flange
Length = 45.25"

The current shaft is a lengthed stock Rockwell on both ends. I run an alum. adapter I made to mate it up to the Toyota output flange. I added the extra 1" in length assuming we could lose the adapter. The length would be 44.25" with the adapter.

The front end doesn't flex that much, but the rear end flexes out pretty well.
