HELP! 1995 Suzuki 250 Quadrunner has no spark - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum

It ran fine last night, went to start this morning and it turns over but has no spark. I put the coil on another quad and it worked. What could ne wrong? I am a new to quads. THANKS

If it has a kill switch on it, disconnect it and see if that is the problem

Plug is fine I put it on another bike with the coil and they are fine. I think it might be the CDI box.

try sanding down the frame where the coil mounts, some models ground through the mounts and if that is not making a good connection will not fire.

I checked the ground and its good.
