Question Changing tire?

How hard is it to change a dirtbike rear tire? do i need to have a shop do it or can i pry it off myself? The reason im asking is i'm goin to sand mtn and i want to bring a paddle and a regular tire.Ok, i know its a stupid question but i dont ride too much and i've never had one changed before. Thanks for any help

it is not so bad...toss in a bib mousse and it sucks...if you have never changed a tire...i would take a few spare tubes, cause you will pinch one...the longer the tire irons the better...

Yah...they are easy with 5-6 sets of vice grips, a changing board set up and really long tire irons...i can swap a normal tire in about 10 minutes...a mousse takes a wee bit longer......you must be ISDE material if you think they are easy...that or I just suck at them....
