break in is a joke, do you think Ricky Carmichael or Jeremy Mcgrath take their race bikes out trail riding to break them in. just ride em. i havent done anything different riding a new bike as apposed to an old one in years and havent pushed one back to the truck in about 10 years

whatever, do what you want. and about mcgrath and carmichael, THEY ARE FACTORY RIDERS THAT HAVE THIER WHOLE MOTOR REBUILT EVERY RACE, they use racing pistons meant for 1 race or 2 motos or something, weve learned to break stuff in properly and will continue to do so untill it fawks sumpthing up

Yes,One of my favorite places,Ragdump, but it's probobly got a little too much snow right now.

I went riding at Georgetown on sunday,It's pretty good riding. It sure beats going to prarie city or mammoth bar.

We are planning on going out on sunday. Not sure where,Elkins flat has too much snow.It looks like either Sugar Pine,Burlington Ridge or Stoneyford.

im racing sunday but would be happy to go riding with you any time im not racing. it just seems to me that the places to ride around here arent condusive to a long ride unless you want to ride the same trail more than once, but it has been along time since i lived here so correct me if im wrong

Yeah, most of the places you are riding the same trails more than once.We try to go out and ride 30-40 miles, come back to the truck, eat lunch and then go out for a second loop. You have to take what you can get this time of the year.

Would you be up to a ride in Nevada this summer, we will ride approximately 100 miles without riding the same trail. Lotsa different terrain from tight trails to open roads, elevation from 5000 ft to 9000 ft and i will throw in a downhill that drops 3000ft in less than a mile. And if you like climbing hills you can turn around and go back up it.

I RACE!!!!!!!!

I raced the prarie city gp this weekend with two blown fork seals no rear brake pads and in bad need of new rings for the CR500. Depending on what class you rode in in C class open i was maybe 3rd when i slid out on some rocks and got nailed by somebody's forks into my helmet. After that i kept falling but the course was pretty badass with some high speed technical sections. I'd say this was one of the best races i've been to even though my body is payin for it.

I always miss these threads before i go to the race i always notice them afterwards, damn
