98 wolverine rear axle help!!!

I just tore apart the rear axle assembly on my 98 wolverine to find out the axle was completely rounded along with the housing. What's the cost of this rebuild gonna be? I looked on several yamaha parts site, but prices varied. I'm going to obviously have to replace the rear axle and its housing, as well as all the associated seals and bearings. The ring and pinion seem fine, but I think I need to take the case apart in order to replace the housing. I'm going to have the dealership do this because of how involved it is, but I want a ballpark figure to go by before I grab my ankles. It's all apart which means I'll only be bringing the differential assembly, and shredded axle. Any help gurus?
You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else, and we are all part of the same compost pile.
