A pic of my old Kawasaki GPZ900R (sold) and my current honda CBR900RR fireblade.

Bike is standard except for the Yoshimura exhaust, K&N filter and dynojet kit

And a movie of the dynojet run: (click on picture)

Its Praire City. Its off of hwy 50. You're really not missing much. Only fun in the winter IMO. Foresthill(sugarpine) is a hell of alot better.

I am not sure. Its not on yet. I dont think that it is going to make a huge difference. I got it mostly for noise. But I took the air intake guard off from under the seat, and it ran A LOT better. It wasnt getting quite enough air with that on there. I did have to buy new rims though. I didnt like the black. SO I am going to sell the black rims.

I meant the bike itsself not just with the pipe. Im not sure what it does for EFI, but on Carb'd bikes a pipe makes a huge throttle response difference. My old 400ex was piped. It went from no wheelies without work, to power wheelies without any effort.

oh... sorry about that. Yeah.. Its hella quick. Its a torquey little bitch. I expected it to go a little faster in the top end.. it kind of tops out a little slower than I expected. but, I raced my brothers Suzuki (sp?) 400.. and I spanked him. He rode my bike also and thinks it has way more torque than his. Over all, I FAWKEN love it. It is also ALOT lighter than the other bikes. Its all aluminum.

I think its fun, you know your going to bite the dust so you get over that fact once you open the throttle.

Edit: i should prolly be wearing a few more pads then eh...

LOL...I grew up riding one of those. 84 YZ490...that thing was a blast! When I rebuild it, bored 30 over w/a new wiseco piston. When I picked up the piston from the bike shop, dude next to me noticed it and says.."holy f*ck!!...that looks like a 454 piston"

That old air hammer was loud as hell, but it boogied once wide open and shifting through the gears.

My new one!

`08 Street Glide- 96cu in-6 spd. Harmon Kardon stereo in the fairing. Just turned 900 miles yesterday. Almost due for it's first service I have been riding it as much as possible. Extras for these things are insane $$. It's going to be $1500 for the pipes!!! Not anytime soon! I'll keep riding it even though it doesn't sound all that cool.

Cool. I'm still itching to race someone around here with one.

Those suzuki 400s aren't too torquey by any 450 standards. I raced one of the "updated" ones from 05/06+ and it had nothing off the line.
