What do you guys think about the BMW touring bikes. I believe they are the KT1000's or so. I like the idea of the upright touring style bike. Any experiences???

They are the GS series bikes. They look like they'd be set with the bags loaded and a good map of the dirt roads of Utah <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
But on anything tighter, life would get expensive cause thy are heavy!! I've seen the XR650L's set up with side baggs and the Corbin seats.... those look like the tix!!
