Question TT-R125L

Anybody have any experience or opinions of this bike?

Looks like a good bike for my wife (5'1", 115lbs). She really likes the KX80 she's got for its size/weight and the fact that the suspension is a million times better than the XR80 she used to have, but I think she'd do a lot better w/ a 4-stroke power band...

Anyone have one she could test ride?

I friend has one and it is a great bike for her and even you for a camp bike. They come jetted realy lean so get the right jets for it so you can get it to run right.

Thanks, Dean. Wouldn't lean jetting make it run well in the mountains...?

My XR350 has no bottom end up high... (in elevation). I don't know much about changing jets (well, I could change them but I wouldn't know what to change them to) and its a dual carb, so it would be a PITA.

A good shop should be able to tell you what to change the jets to and yes it would run better but the one I rode still had a lean bog and we were at meadow lk and that is 7000+.

They are GREAT bikes and she will LOVE it. I have seen lot's of kids on them do things that the 2-stroke 80 couldn't do.

Me and others in our club(PMA)flat track race XR100's and I have ridden a TTR125L , they are a more "moto" ready bike than the XR. For your wifes size, perfect bike!
