Hey guys, I have been out of the bike world a little bit. I'm looking to get back into it, and this will be my around town and daily bike. I like SS 29ers, and have kind of narrowed it down to these to. Both are 2011 models, I could can get either for under $800.

I'm a big guy, over 300lbs. I want something that is fun, something I can ride daily afterwork to help blow off some steam. Based on my weight and the way I ride I know I will be upgrading the wheels down the road, but I want to ensure the bike essentials will hold up.

I have ride the Redline Monocog, Marin Muirwoods 29er, and Kona Unit. Also I used to own a Kona Hoss. So anyway, suggestions?

I'm partial to Kona as I love the out of box thinking on their line-ups.

But I would ride both and see which ones feels better and more fits naturally.

I can't find the Raleigh at my local bike shop. I can get it shipped from a friends shop out of state. It seems like the better value, but I don't know anyone that's ridden one.
