Recent Tennesse Trip

I made the trip up to Tennessee to Ride a few trails systems.

1st Day I hit Raccoon Mtn for a warm up. I ran from the vistors center down the ridge going clockwise around the lake then hit small intestine and back. It is pretty rocky and rooty though.

2nd Day Volkswagon Trials- I did the entire loop starting at the log rhythm trail. It had some awesome log rides and some cool wood features at the end. I even found a pump track. This place isn't rocky or rooty at all! Very well maintained.

3rd Day- I was a little worn out by day 3 so I pedaled up 1.4 miles to the top of Thunder Rock Express at the Ocoee and then Flew down it. 1.4 miles in 7 minutes. Thunder Rock Express Downhilll Mountain Bike Trail - Ocoee Tennessee - YouTube

4th Day - The entire loop at raccoon mtn counter clockwise. I would reccomend running it clockwise if anyone ever goes... They did have a sick Freeride area with a ton of drops and jumps.

I love riding Raccoon Mtn. Have yet to make it to Ocoee though. The VW trail, where is that?

Take I-24 towards Knoxville and get off on Volkswagon Drive and go left. Take a right at the traffic circle and get a map from the visitors center.

Thanks for the quick response man. I've never heard of that trail before. Nice video by the way.
