Urban outlaw series cycle cross
Cycle-cross season is on!! i did my first race of the season yesterday early evening, that shit is a lot of fun ,very intense workout though.Since i don't have a cross bike I used my single speed with a slighly bigger chain ring
![]() my knees are hurting a little today but so is the rest of my body,I tried to ride over one of the obstacles and went over the bars i also slid out in one of the turns. Can't hardly wait for the next one. ![]() http://Churchofbike.com/H/dflxa02.html If you are in SF check them out.

Leonel,
I'm glad to hear you're finally racing Cross! I knew you would have fun with it if you tried it. If you get time, go do some of the Surf City races or the Central Coast races, they are both really well put on and the courses are a ton of fun. I'm gonna try and do a few races this year, but it will probably be November before my knee, and this new job will let me!!! Shane |
