I'll be off shore but I'll make it for the next three events. Its killing me not to go because my Jeep is on 2.5's & tractors now.

I almost moved my vacation but it was so packed last year I think I'll skip out this year. As soon as I finish my Jeep (March?) a few of us are planning a weekend trip just to go and work the bugs out. I just built a small Yota for my cousin and he's itching to go try it out. I'll let you know when we go.

oh yeah, u just stay out of the big holes, they have trucks with small tires and lift then that that go all the time.

Awesome. You have any suggestions on tires? I'm about to add the 2" to get to an 8" lift but I haven't actually decided on which tire to get. I was thinking probably LTB 16/40-15 (if I can find them anywhere), but I want to get the tire that works best in the mud (already got street tires, so they don't have to be street legal)

BOGGERS!!!!
Lol, I've definitely considered it, but I've been turned away by only two things: one-directional tread pattern, and the lack of center lugs for hill climbing.. still considering them though (esp. since there's some 39.5's out near Lafayette that someone's selling with tractor rims for only 1600, and I think there may even be 5 of them)
