If I understand your question right I think you'd need some kind of splined coupling. To connect the output of the auto to the input of the muncie?

I remember a buddy having one set up with a clutch. Was wild hearing him dump the clutch & then the auto going through the gears. T18 (maybe NP435?) & C6 IIRC.
