Got GB back yesterday,the drive shafts r installed

Today I mount up the 44s to my H1s...jus need to do brake lines,add diff fluids and top up steering rez..found a leak between the back of the trans n where the tcase mate up so that'll have to come out n put a new seal in..

Got the tires on the wheels jus need to drill out the valve stem hole on the ring n tigthen down the ring to the wheel n add air,should have these mounted on GB soon

How much flex did you end up with befroe you have contact issues between your oil pan and the pinion section of the axel?

Thx,I haven't flexed it out just yet...I still need to add brake lines n top up my steering rez...I jus noticed the seal is leakin in between the trans n tcase so that's gotta come out now

Been busy but GB goes off to the spring shop 2moro for some new front mains that will be about 2-3" longer so my shackle angle is right..gonna deceide if I wanna arch em abit a lot with the 44s @ full crank the tires like .5" away from the fender I don't wanna hack the fuck outta the body too much so I mite get all my mains arched a couple inches caus ewith the AGs I need some more room..brake lines n maybe front track bar will be done also @ this spring shop...

Its almost ready I can taste it

Gettin these few things done

-new mains done F+R--4" taller it'll sit
-diff breathers
-fixing leaky tcase/trans seals
-new front pinon brake bracket to clear leaf
-new detent balls/springs in np205
-front daystar bump cans with rubber insert n 3/8s mounts off frame to hold em
-brake lines plumbed n working
-gonna open up the fenderwells abit also

Kraqa has my wheels,he's buring centers n rings for double beadlocks for my AG tires hopefully he has time to set em all up 4me..if not I got another buddy who will be doin em asap..goin for sat sept 1st for GBs maiden voyage!!

I pick GB up this thursday AM..leafs r done,pinion brakes r all setup n working,front daystar bump cans n new 3/8s mounts r done,diff breathers F+R done n hiden up high in engine bay,new belt tensioner installed,tcase2trans adapter the 2bolts ontop were finger loose(all tightend up seems to be not leaking ) fenders have been opened up abit...got 2new doors n tailgate to go on thursday nite...jus need to wire my dual electric fans into the ignition n look @ some ways to "water proof" my engine compartment,and get my wheels made up n powder coated!! . I can finally see the light ppl,woooot woot

Well I took GB out this sat! WOW its a beast in the mud,the susp. Is dialed its smooth as hell with the custom springs/daystar bumps n bilstien shox...I can never leave things alone so I'm gonna be gettin bigger injectors n cam for my 8.1L soon!

The wheels are made for double beadlocks but I couldn't get the outter bead over the lip cause how mide the wheel lip is..imma try another local tire comapny 2c if they can spoon them on..I'm lucky jus to be able to keep air in the tires there's some serious cuts in em...

Thx, yah I tried to keep it as low as possible on leafs...I read somewheres that the 21x16.1 AGs were 45-46" tall..I haven't taken a tape to them personally but I will...there BIG n WIDE n work like a hot damm up here in our terrain..I hucked GB into some deep never ran before holes n it climbed right out,I'm moreeee then impressed with GB right now...goin back out this sunday ill try n get some picts n vids

It depends on how much air you put in them. With 5 psi, they were more like 42". At 3psi with them on my 91 dodge Cummins, the contact patch was 2 feet by 2 feet square.

Dusty's Dodge thread and the other boys from the Alaska 4x4 network are who inspired me to run ag's. unfortunately I never got far enough in my build to run them before the divorce.

Thx dood...next week GB goes into my buddy poopy's shop for full interior roll cage,suzuki swift GT seats n 5point harnesses....just waiting on the new TTC 2013 rules once there out I'm thinking 6" front dove I'm shooting for top 50 rigs
