Whats better dove-c or PI heads?
Box stock what are the better heads and what are the diffrences. From what I can find the PI heads larger ports and valves, but not quite as large as cj's? Would they be a better or worse head for a mud bogger thats gonna see some rpm, with an all forged bottom end?

The only draw back with the PI's is the large combustion chamber, Same as a D3, so without decking the block or paying $1000 for custom pistons you will be fighting to get a good compression ratio. It 's more dependant on how far you are going and what displacement/cam you have in mind.
That's a fact! Last edited by IDIeselman; 03-02-2009 at 10:26 AM. |
