lift question
i have an f-250 and i recently got a new rear rockwell and am in the process of getting a front. i want to run some 57" ag tires on the truck but dont really want to do it with leaf springs. the leafs i have now are really solid and if i get new leafs with more arch they will be even stiffer. i was looking to get coil overs but with the cost of those i dont think thats an option right now. anyway, i was looking online at some trucks who did this with coil springs. i did some looking and i can get some for pretty cheap. i was thinking of building a four link and run coil springs. i figure this would be a smoother ride then leafs but not as expensive as coil-over shocks. does anyone have any sugestions for going about this or any reason that i shouldnt do this.

Search in gen4x4 and you'll find plenty of build threads
I'm using Skyjacker lift coils from a 79 F150 under mine but I am going 1 link not 4 link. I've heard the 08 Super Duty coils are working for guys too Search is your friend on P4x4

I've seen the 60's era 2wd GM rear suspension style used (front AND rear) on a number of trucks with some success.
