Roll Bars and Cages
What are ya'll running?
Ive got a trail rig that stays mostly in mud on forest trails, and am about to get a roll bar for it with legs that kick back to near the rear wheel wells. This is for a K5 Blazer. Just wondering what everyone else has. And if you could, post up some pics. Ive tried checking out ck5 but without paying for the thing, you cant see most of the pictures. Don't buy a roll bar, make one. Even if it's out of pipe, anything is better than a chromed sheet metal tube that won't do anything. I built a simple external roll cage for my truck, it's a lot of work. But I like to be able to open my doors at the end of a day of dodging trees on a narrow trail, sometimes the trees win!

I've got one of these Jegs ones (p/n 550-946904K) for my current Blazer project. Haven't started on it putting in yet & seeing as it's for a pickup I know some minor modification to the rear bars will probably be necessary. I have plenty of tube to make one, but sometimes it's just easier to start off with a decent one & expand it from there. It's good enough for drage racing it's gotta be good enough for wheeling
