I hear that scooby doo truck, the purple ranger, has 3000 horsepower. Is that true? It's in the Mike lane/Darryl Jones gallery.

I think it's one of mark Lee's hemis. not sure what heads are on it, but i'd say 2500 is a good start.... depending on what it is... 3000 is not out of the question with a real good tune-up on a true top alchohol engine these days.

Pretty sure the nitro's been removed from the Scooby truck, but he's got a really serious Hemi none the less. Scooby was WAY out of his element at that event, but I imagine it was still one of the most anticipated pairings of the day!
